Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order — such as modifying the clothing size, shipping address, or cancelling the order — please email us at cartalhood.info@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, all orders are considered final, including those with an incorrect shipping address, as processing and dispatch may have already begun. No refunds or changes will be possible in such cases.


Return Policy

At Cartal Hood, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following guidelines:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items such as swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and custom/personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged — unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Made-to-order items are only eligible for size exchanges or store credit.


3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Email us at cartalhood.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, the item(s) to return or exchange, and a brief explanation.

  • Our support team will guide you and provide a return address.

  • Items must be securely packed in original packaging with tags and invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

  • Exchanges are free, subject to availability.


4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only if the item is defective.

  • For all other approved returns, store credit will be issued.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturer defect or order error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at cartalhood.info@gmail.com.

  • Please include a clear description of the issue and supporting photos.

  • We’ll resolve the issue quickly and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
